We’re Here to Help You Feel Again.

This is a space for the woman who’s ready to come home to her body.

About Her Sacred Hour

At Her Sacred Hour, we create spaces for women to move, feel, and come back home to themselves through sensual, beginner-friendly movement.

Our classes are low-impact, mirror-based, and intentionally designed to support healing—whether from illness, burnout, or years of self-neglect.

This isn’t about performing. It’s about feeling.

We guide women through flow, chair, and burlesque-inspired movement that helps them peel away layers of shame, pressure, and disconnection.

We’ve watched women show up covered head to toe and leave glowing with confidence—because the practice meets you exactly where you are.

There’s no judgment. No pressure. Just space to feel strong, sexy, and fully seen again.

Her Sacred Hour has helped dozens of women in Sarasota rediscover parts of themselves they thought were lost. Now, it’s your turn.

From Survival to Sacred Movement

Angela’s Story

I spent over ten years fighting for my life. I was at the end of what conventional medicine could do for me. There were no answers and my organs were shutting down. The doctors gave me two years to live. I couldn’t walk, and speaking was impossible because I would forget what I was going to say every time.

I found blood treatments that changed everything. I had to have a few surgeries as well. That was just two years ago.

I had a root canal pin inside my sinus cavity that had created fungal masses, which crossed the blood-brain barrier. I had also been living in a house filled with toxic mold. On top of that, I was dealing with Lyme disease and fibromyalgia.

After treatment, I slowly began to heal. I had lost absolutely everything and needed to start over. I knew I needed to figure out how to love myself again, because looking in the mirror had become something I avoided. I didn’t like to see what the illness had taken from me.

I had attended a few retreats that offered sensual flow, but at the time, I wasn’t ready for that. I wasn’t quite that bold yet.

About a year later I felt strong enough to try pole fitness. It was very challenging. During this hour I was confronted with my image and the way my body moved.

This was my space to experiment with dance and my own movement. I had done ecstatic dance and some floor flow but I really allowed myself to be vulnerable. This and breath-work really changed my outlook on movement and oxygen for health.

I came to that class fully covered in athletic clothes while the other women wore much less. But there was no judgment, only acceptance. I slowly began removing layers while facing the mirrors in the room. I realized that this practice was safe, and I was in a caring space.

While I still wear more than some, I absolutely love showing up with my classmates and getting excited about the different and beautiful lingerie styles. And of course, the heels. I now have a quiet collection of 8-inch platform heels that I adore. I love walking into my closet and seeing those precious pieces of lace and sparkle waiting for me.

Now, I’d like to offer to guide and share my journey with you.

Your story may be different, but your healing, your sensuality, and your confidence are worth reclaiming.
